Great experience in the vineyards of La Morra. The estate is beautiful and comprises the wine cellar Brandini and its wine shop, the restaurant Coltivare and the Relais. Rooms are confortable and well equipped. The views over the countryside are just beautiful from every spot. A little SPA with a very cosy sauna overlooking the vines and the possibility of just grabbing a bottle of wine from a fridge on the floor are a nice touch. The restaurant is brilliant in every aspect. Food is original, tasty, sustainable and I was quite impressed by the wide choice of menus you could get inspired from. This sets the ambition of a staff which is impeccable: friendly, welcoming and knowledgable to say the least. The wine selection is thought out well, not being too wide but very smart. You will find a lot of the local Nebbiolo's bottles, as well as their own wines, alongside other international labels. We also did a comprehensive tasting of the top Nebbiolos of the Brandini's cellar with a rather competent sommelier, Oliver. The only thing that I missed a little is a breakfast buffet although the choices from the menu are ok but resembles more a restaurant-type of service than a simple morning meal. Overall, a great experience where everything is easy. You can feel the positive and lively vibe which this place is all about.

After having lunch here twice in two days I wonder if it was fair that I rated other restaurants with 5 stars? That seems a bit overrated after this experience. The food is absolutely the best, in quality, originality and presentation. What makes the difference? It’s not fancy, just to be fancy. It’s well thought trough, it’s comfort food. All parts of the dish matter, exceptional in it’s simplicity of interpretation. The front of house is knowledgeable, warm and welcoming. Proactive in every way. We all know the usual suspects in restaurants in this area, but this really is the real deal. We will come back and would recommend you to go as fast as you are able to.

This was the best restaurant I have ever visited in Piemont. Every single dish was perfect. The service extremely friendly and attentive. Perfect timing between the dishes. Great vegan menu available upon request. Amazing views from the terrace. We will definitely come back.

We had a lovely dinner here, stayed the night, then woke up and enjoyed breakfast before doing our wine tasting. The highlight for us was the wine tasting, hands down. Oliver was exceptional— humble, funny, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely be recommending Brandini to friends!

We stayed in a nice B&B near La Morra not far from here and there they advised us some good restaurants in the neighbourhood. One of these was Coltivare that we selected and there is only one word for this...WOW. We choosed the Coltivare menu with wine pairing and it was really amazing. We already tried many restaurants in our country (The Netherlands) and we also have a lot of restaurants here in the south of our country and also some very good restaurants. However this one in Piemonte is one of the best restaurants we ever tried I can say. The food, the personal, the view... everything is fantastic over there. So 5 star rating is really what they deserve!

The vineyard tour was very interesting; we learned a lot about viticulture (both in the region and in general). The tasting was very enjoyable. The estate is stunning, the wines are excellent, and the team is very friendly. We had lunch at the Coltivare restaurant, and it was an incredible experience. The food is delicious, and the menu is thoughtfully crafted, perfectly in tune with the region and the season. The flavours are truly rich, the portions just right, and the ingredients are delightful. The service was excellent—unpretentious and straightforward, yet always anticipating our needs. I sincerely hope to return and relive this experience again.

Review for restaurant only. 12/10 such an amazing fine dining experience. Service was phenomenal and extra requests were taken and fulfilled without any hesitation. Wine menu is great and the overall menu composition are superb. Very nice touch with greetings from the kitchen and mini deserts to close the night.
